Previous Customer Service experience and Hindi communication skills are prerequisite.
High level of attention to detail and good numeracy & English literacy skills are also prerequisites for this role.
This is a role that not only demands strong attention to detail and accuracy, but also requires the successful applicant to have the ability to multi-task and have the resilience and temperament to be able to work under pressure at times to achieve the outcomes that are required.
The successful applicant, will not only need to be a good communicator and quickly develop rapport with customers over the telephone, but they must also be someone, who is a highly structured and organised individual, that is extremely customer focussed and always takes pride in achieving and exceeding the business's customer service objectives.
