The Role

The role will require for you to provide training on software usage to our prospective customer agents with a particular focus on GST reports preparation and online filing.

Full Time, Permanent for the right applicant

You will provide engaging learning opportunities that enable customers to develop their understanding in the online GST reporting process and requirements using our software for filing. Within our training program, we consider all aspects of the business including strategy, structure, systems, GST report preparation and online filing process, team building and individual mentoring to suit our clients' goals. We pride ourselves in delivering superior quality compliance and GST software services to support the regulatory reporting of businesses, and relationship capability through people development and process efficiency.

This role requires training and reporting in line with procedures, and an understanding of the compliance needs of GST. You will be mentored and given guidance on how to succeed as well as participating in our internal professional development training programs.
